I’ve always loved art and knew early on that I wanted to work in a creative field, I just didn’t know exactly what form that would take. I’ve long been drawn to painting, photography, sculpture and metalworking in particular. It wasn’t until I got married in 1998 that the internet became another medium for me to explore. While looking for a way to share our wedding photos with friends and family, I taught myself how to build a website so everyone could view them online.
What started as a practical solution quickly turned into something much more. I discovered that I genuinely loved the intersection of creativity and technology, the problem-solving, the visual storytelling and the satisfaction of building something functional and beautiful at the same time. That experience sparked a passion that continues to grow, shaping the direction of my career.
